What happens if you fail your certification exam? We offer something better than an exam voucher. We offer the whole course free of charge.

With a second course attendance you can choose to attend either the full course or just the days you require, whichever is best for you. Giving you a much better chance of passing the exam.

Often guarantees come with many ‘strings attached’ that makes qualifying of them almost impossible. Our only stipulation is that you take the certification exam within 6 weeks of attending the course. That’s it, no strings, we simply believe that it is important for our delegates to know that their interests come first.
